The inhabitants of this land have always made a particular kind of pasta called "Maccaroni" and few sweets. Minori is a sort of little paradise, its nickname was "Narciso della Costiera" because its climate and the presence of many orange and lemon grove all around the cultivation terraces.

History in a nutshell

History in a nutshell

The origin of Minori like roots of Maiori are lost in time, the ancient "Reghinna Minor" was the name of the old Etruscan city. Like Maiori and many other villages around the Amalfitan coast, Minori was the home place of many rich Romans that built on its land luxorious villas. The ruins of these wonderful ancient houses are all around.
