inori has a very interesting history linked to the ancient Amalfi Republic to talk about. Through the centuries: wars, plague and plunders have demolished this active suburb, which had been always albe to restart and rebuilt its fortune.
Minori was place of paper mills and windmills, thanks to the near stream called Reginnolo. The inhabitants of this land have always made a particular kind of pasta called "Maccaroni" and few sweets. Minori is a sort of little paradise, its nickname was "Narciso della Costiera" because its climate and the presence of many orange and lemon grove all around the cultivation terraces.
It's possible to see an amazing landscape all around Minori, little handmade walls strong enough to resist to the nature fury, the bright green of the cultivations, the yellow of the lemons that is possible to see through the leafs of the trees all year long, smells of "zagare"(orange blossom) and vegetables made this place a watercolour painted by a valuable artist in order to transmit all the emotions that this place is able to offer.
