Present notification is provided in accordance with Article 13 of Decreto Legislativo (Legislative Decree) 30 June 2003. Data you have provided will be used by Software Studio exclusively for purposes concerning the delivery of the requested service and for the compliance with the provisions of the law. The data will be used applying all suitable security measures to guarantee confidentiality and integrity of the data in accordance with the present privacy code. Data you have provided will not be neither disclosed nor handed over to the third parties, with the exception of communication or distribution of the requested data, in accordance with law, police force, judicial authorities, organizations of information and security or with other public subjects for purposes of State defense or security, prevention, investigation or suppression of crimes. Software Studio reserves the right to share data you provide, for purposes related to the service offered, with third parties, as for example, but not limited to, partners, hotels and accommodation facilities on the same site and not. Software Studio does not assume any responsibility for the improper use made by these third parties and refers to the privacy policy of each to verify the use of data provided.

Software Studio is the holder of the data used. Any moment, as an interested party, you can exercise rights stated in Article 7 of Decreto Legislativo 196/2003. Data contribution is optional however refusal to provide it implies the inability to approach the services and the areas with reserved access.

Privacy code – Rights of the interested party – Article 7.
Right to access the personal data and other rights.

1. The interested party has a right to obtain a confirmation of existence or not of the personal data concerning him/her, even if it is not yet registered but its communication is in a comprehensible form.

2. The interested party has a right to obtain the information:
a) on the origin of the personal data;
b) on purposes and ways of its use;
c) on logic applied in case of its use with the help of electronic instruments;
d) on extreme identifications of a holder, people in charge and a representative appointed in accordance with Article 5, comma 2;
e) on subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data can be communicated or who can learn about it being a representative appointed to the state territory, a person responsible or in charge.

3. The interested party has a right to obtain:
a) an update, or a rectification, when there is an interest, and an integration of the data;
b) a cancellation, a transformation in anonymous form or interlocking of the data used in violation of law, including the one where the preservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected or used in consequence;

c) an attestation that the operations under letters a) and b) were brought to notice, including also their content, of those whom the data was communicated or distributed, with the exception of case when such fulfillment proves to be impossible or implies the
use of clearly disproportionate methods in relation to the protected right.

4. The interested party has a right to object to everything or to a part:
a) for legitimate reasons regarding the use of personal data concerning him/her though relevant for the purpose of collection;
b) when personal data regarding him/her is used for purposes such as sending publicity material or direct sales or carrying out market researches or commercial communication.
